Hi Gretchen, I have had a chance to look into your order. You placed your order on the 17th of December, your order was packed and delivered to the Post Office within 2 hours of you placing the order. You chose the USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method, which is the cheapest option available for your package via USPS (standard ground shipping) Once we deliver the package to the Post Office we are not able to influence how fast, or in your case, how delayed it may be. The tracking information you were sent, is indicating delivery Monday 23rd. I understand your frustration, but from our end, we couldnt have packed and shipped your order any faster then we did. If we had another unit in stock (which we unfortunately dont) I would have been happy to offer it to you with Express of expedited shipping option and done everything we could to get it to you for the weekend. At the moment, the item I paid to have delivered within 2-3 days will not be delivered for 6 days (arriving December 23rd). A quick call to the store resulted in being told that this is what happens during the holidays. What I ordered is a cookie press. I was then asked when we plan to make cookies. They were clearly not going to send a replacement that would get here sooner, so why ask? Seems as though if you induce someone to purchase the expedited shipping, you ought to stand behind it. Otherwise, I would have ordered it from a different store. That seems straight forward. Now it's too late. How's that for a business model?

We are very sorry that your daughter experienced the loss of her wallet, but that loss did not occur in our store nor was the wallet ever offered to one of our staff members, and we had no right to request it. The 2 girls were advised that the bench is mainly used by customers of the ice cream store and so they may have a report of a lost wallet, and failing that to take it to WHPD. If you haven't already done so, then you should contact WHPD to see if the wallet was turned in.

Ignorant employees, my 10 year old daughter left her wallet on a bench outside the store and 2 teenagers brought it in to turn the wallet in. The very rude employee told the teenagers to bring it to the ice cream place 5 business down. Nevertheless The ice cream place didnt have the wallet. The employe should have taken the wallet in Incase the owner came back as we did!
